Frost advisory in effect from 4 AM EDT /3 AM cdt/ to 8 AM EDT /7 AM cdt/ saturday morning…

the National Weather Service in tallahassee has issued a frost advisory, which is in effect from 4 AM EDT /3 AM cdt/ to 8 am EDT /7 AM cdt/ saturday.

* temperature, minimum temperature 34 to 36 degrees.

* duration, temperatures 36 degrees or colder for 2 to 4 hours.

* impacts, frost will cause damage to sensitive vegetation if left uncovered.

precautionary/preparedness actions…

a frost advisory means that frost is possible. sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
